fantasy sports seasons. The services may include, but are not limited to, daily fantasy
sports articles, FanDuel lineups, Top DFS plays daily, sports projections, sports betting
tools/services, and optimization tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any
part of our services at any time without prior notice. - User Obligations
(a) Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the necessary legal capacity to
enter into this Agreement. (b) Account: If required, you may need to create an account
to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under
your account. (c) Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any prohibited
activities while using our services, including but not limited to selling Trinity Analytics
content and services, disrespecting our company/staff, redistributing provided services
in any capacity. - Intellectual Property Rights
(a) Ownership: All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to
trademarks, logos, copyrights, and software, belong to us or our licensors. (b) Use of
Content: You may only use the content provided through our services for personal,
non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content
without our prior written consent is prohibited. - Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our
Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure
of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. - Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate and reliable services but make no guarantees or
warranties regarding their performance, availability, or suitability for your specific needs.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or
punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages,
liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of our
services or any violation of this Agreement. - Modifications to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will

after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Wisconsin, USA. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wisconsin, USA. - Free Trial/Promotions and Account Limitations
To access certain features or content on Trinity Analytics, including free trial and promotions, you must create an account. Free trials and promotions are limited to one (1) per user, household, or payment method, unless otherwise specified. You may not create multiple accounts, use alternate email addresses, or employ any other means to circumvent this restriction or obtain additional free trials or promotions. Violation of this policy, including any attempt to abuse promotional offers, may result in immediate termination or suspension of your account(s), loss of access to the platform, and forfeiture of any associated benefits, including free trial access, without refund or compensation. Trinity Analytics reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against suspected abuse, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. - Email Communications
By using our services, you consent to receive email communications from Trinity Analytics, including but not limited to promotional offers, account updates, and service-related notices. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided in the email. Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not affect your receipt of essential, non-promotional emails, such as those related to your account or transactions. We will process unsubscribe requests promptly in accordance with applicable laws - Discord Community Access
As part of your subscription to Trinity Analytics, you may be granted access to our Discord community or other third-party platforms, subject to availability and compliance with these Terms and any applicable Community Guidelines. Access to the Discord community is a privilege, not a right, and Trinity Analytics reserves the sole discretion to suspend, revoke, or restrict your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the community. Revocation of Discord access does not entitle you to a refund, partial or otherwise, for your subscription fees, and you agree that Trinity Analytics is not liable for any loss of access to the Discord community. You acknowledge that Discord is a third-party service, and Trinity Analytics is not responsible for its availability or functionality. - Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use
of our services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or
agreements, whether written or oral. By using our services, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Trinity Analytics III LLC’s Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Trinity Analytics III LLC for all your daily fantasy sports / sports
betting needs. We strive to provide the best products/services and ensure your
satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is
necessary. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will
be processed.
Eligibility for Refunds:
1.1 Products: Our refund policy applies to physical products and non-tangible digital
products (e.g., software licenses, digital downloads, projections, daily fantasy content,
etc.) sold directly by Trinity Analytics III LLC.

returned in its original condition, including all accessories, documentation, and
packaging.
2.2 Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, refund requests for
non-tangible digital products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact
our customer support to discuss your refund request within the first 48 hours of
purchasing a digital product (membership).
2.3 Services: Refund requests for services rendered will be handled individually and in
the same fashion as Trinity Analytics III LLC’s digital services, as outlined in the service
agreement or contract. Please reach out to our customer support to discuss your
specific situation within the first 48 hours of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
3.1 Certain products or services may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited
to:
● Memberships won via social media giveaways
● Customized or personalized products/services.
● Physical products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Refund Process:
4.1 Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund
process. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original
purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
4.2 Please note that it may take at least 2 business days for the refund to be reflected in
your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs:
5.1 For physical products, shipping costs incurred during the original purchase are
non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item
